Descriptive #2

I hear the clinging of the china dishes in the warm soft baby blue kitchen. I smell the wonderful scent of baking sweet potatoes with creamy smooth and lucious marshmellows. I hear the slight boil on the simmering chicken broth in the metal pot. My mother calls out to me from the front garden with small rose buds and blossums and tells me to turn down the heat on the smoldering stove. As I make my way into this room with a fragrance so delicious that I can almost taste it because of the rich aroma. I close my eyes and think about how lucky I am to have a home cooked meal with tender love and care with each spoonful.

Nick,

I wasn't too sure which of your descriptive writing pieces you wanted me to comment on, so I just went with this one.

I think it is great! You certainly use adjectives and verbs effectively, such as with “creamy smooth and luscious marshmallows.” Your affection to your mother comes out when you describe the meal as being made with “tender love and care.” Your writing piece reminded me of my mother and the home cooked meals she made for me.

NICK,

Nick you did a great job!!! Well you were amazing in descriptive words “how lucky I am to have a home cooked meal with tender love and care with each spoonful”. Tender love is just beautiful I imagine the way your mom is in the kitchen and the way she makes the food out of her hands and the way she controls you can the love trans-passing through out the hand into the food.

I loved it keep the great work!!!!!
